We
have been operating as management consultants since
1985. Our roots are in the mid size retail and consumer goods
industries with long history of successful assignments as
general manager, owner and consultant. We have additionally
gained experience in the past years in further branches such
as Production, Telecommunications, Transport, Energy and
service organizations. Because of this, we know what we
are talking about and our customers understand our
advice.
As
a
programme and project manager we help our customers –
independent of industry - in the operation of small or large
projects, and assure that reality meets plan and that the
expected benefits are realized. Where needed, we cooperate
with other specialists and subject matter experts or we
support our customers' organizations using our know-how of
working with other consulting firms.
We
have been able to underline our expertise since 2002 with the Project Management
Professional (PMP®)
credential awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI),
and since 2009 we also are one of the very few Program Management Professionals (PgMPSM)
outside of the USA. In addition we continuously build on or
methodical knowledge through trainings and certifications such as the Certified Scrum Master (CSM),
Prince2® and
ITIL® V3
Foundation, which
complements our previous practical experience.
Our
consulting iconsulting is absolutely unbiased and independent
of our own or other third party sales interests. We sell
our know-how and not products. We are also objective, we
have no operational blind spot caused by routine, and we work
with the experience of consulting within many hundreds of
other companies.
This
grants us and our customers the assurance that, we consider
the most optimal solutions to best of our knowledge and
with a good conscience. This in turn saves more than our
consulting costs, which is particularly important since our
fees are often supported by significant public subsidies
subject to specific conditions.
